By using SpeakSharp ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SpeakSharp.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API.

2. Free Tier & Pro Subscription

• Free accounts include 20 analyses per month.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and may be cancelled at any time.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of a new subscription charge if the Service has not been used in that period. Contact [email protected].

3. Your Content

• You retain ownership of audio recordings and transcripts you submit.
• By submitting recordings, you grant SpeakSharp a limited licence to process them for the purpose of providing the Service (transcription, analysis, coaching feedback).
• You must not submit recordings of other people without their consent.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated coaching feedback is for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice. We do not guarantee accuracy of transcription or analysis results.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakSharp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings menu.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpeakSharp operates.
